| The Center for Healthcare Leadership
(CHL) is an interdisciplinary team of practitioners and educators who share a
common interest in promoting leadership and facilitating change to improve organizational
performance. Through various affiliations with Emory
University, staff members have faculty appointments in the Goizueta Business School and
the School of Medicine. This unique relationship gives staff consultants access to the
resources of the University, as may be needed, during the consultation process.

Consultation can include:
 | Facilitating an organizations planning process; |
 | Understanding the environment in which it competes and the
commitment necessary to navigate change; |
 | Assessment products, such as the cultural audit, the 360°
feedback and others |
The CHL also develops and offers educational programs:
 | The Center complements its assessment and planning tools with
education which guides organizations through the change and development process, covering,
for example, the strategic planning and implementation processes, leadership, team
building or managing change; |
 | We customize programs for organizations to help prepare
them for the changes that their industry is facing, as well as potential effects and
outcomes. |
