The key to success in organizational
change is to include a focus on human and cultural issues.
By providing education and facilitation to clients, the
Center for Healthcare Leadership develops the frameworks and skills necessary to
effectively implement change. Our approach helps the organization achieve optimal benefits
by aligning its strengths with its goals for the future.
The Center for Healthcare Leadership relies on four major
steps in managing change:

 | Thorough assessment of
the full range of issues facing an organization, with emphasis on human and cultural
issues;
|
 | Careful diagnosis in
collaboration with key leaders in the organization;
|
 | Interventions which
mobilize organizational resources through management education and consultation to produce
strategic change;
|
 | Focused planning and monitoring to insure that the final
processes are fully developed, implemented, and sustained. |
